C asean and Thai Beverage Public Company Limited jointly organize “ASEAN Management Development (AMD) Program 2019.” This program is designed for workforce at job level L12 and L13 to develop business administrative skill and strengthen working capacity in digital era, to strive a high performance of “GM in ASEAN context”, to foster teamwork and pride to be a part of Thai Beverage Group, with the readiness to achieve Thai Beverage’s Vision 2020.

- Exemplifying ThaiBev Way (20%)
e.g., ThaiBev's strategy, global values, stakeholder management, crisis management, building new platforms, project assignment on actual ThaiBev issues
- Leadership skills in ASEAN context (40%)
e.g., collaboration, communication across cultures, coaching & mentoring, negotiation, managing virtual teams, understanding ASEAN dynamics
- Updating knowledge on overall Business Management (40%) e.g., consumer/industry/technological trends, marketing, strategic thinking, financial analysis, operational design, R&D, sustainability management
