ASEAN Management Development Program (AMD) C asean and Thai Beverage Public Company Limited jointly organize “ASEAN Management Development (AMD) Program 2019.” This program is designed for workforce at job level L12 and L13 to develop business administrative skill and strengthen working capacity in digital era, to strive a high performance of “GM in ASEAN context”, to foster teamwork and pride to be a part of Thai Beverage Group, with the readiness to achieve Thai Beverage’s Vision 2020. 



Program objectives: 

  • Equip delegates with general management skills in ASEAN context

  • Foster teamwork and pride to be part of ThaiBev Group



Date and Vanue:

Part I; 28 Jan-2 Feb 2019 at Bangkok, Thailand

Part II; 20-22 Feb 2019 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia



Target audience:

Executive Level 28 participants of ASEAN countries



Learning modules:

3 main skills to be developed during this program are:

  • Exemplifying ThaiBev Way (20%)

e.g., ThaiBev's strategy, global values, stakeholder management, crisis management, building new platforms, project assignment on actual ThaiBev issues

  • Leadership skills in ASEAN context (40%)

e.g., collaboration, communication across cultures, coaching & mentoring, negotiation, managing virtual teams, understanding ASEAN dynamics

  • Updating knowledge on overall Business Management (40%)

e.g., consumer/industry/technological trends, marketing, strategic thinking, financial analysis, operational design, R&D, sustainability management
