C asean Consonant: Loy Krathong (Thailand)

This festive traditional Thai song "Loy Krathong (Floating a Decorated Basket)" is always performed across the country to celebrate the full moon of the 12th month in the Thai traditional lunar calendar. Krathong is used to pay tribute to and ask for forgiveness from the Goddess of Water, known as Phra Mae Khongkha.
